Contact usAccepting These Terms
By opening Blinkfire in your browser and playing even a single level, you agree to the terms set out in this User Agreement. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Blinkfire, so please read them before you begin. If you do not agree, you should close the game and refrain from using the service.
Licence to Play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play Blinkfire through supported browsers for your own entertainment. This licence does not give you ownership of any game content, including characters, environments, music, visual effects, or the underlying code that makes Blinkfire's chain-reaction mechanics tick. All intellectual property remains the property of the operator.
Acceptable Player Conduct
Blinkfire is built on fair competition — every player faces the same physics, the same level architecture, and the same scoring rules. You may not use bots, scripts, memory editors, or any automated tool to manipulate scores or exploit game mechanics. Attempting to interfere with other players' sessions, reverse-engineer the game's source, or introduce malicious code into the service will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
User-Generated Content
If Blinkfire features any community components — such as leaderboard names, shared replays, or custom level submissions — you retain ownership of content you create but grant us a worldwide licence to display and distribute it within the game. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these standards without prior notice.
Game Availability and Changes
We work hard to keep Blinkfire online and responsive, but arcade browser games depend on infrastructure that can occasionally require maintenance windows or emergency updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify, update, or retire any feature of the game. When significant changes affect gameplay or these terms, we will post a notice before the changes take effect.
Limitation of Liability
Blinkfire is provided on an as-is basis for entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including data loss resulting from device failure or connectivity issues outside our control. Our total liability in connection with any claim relating to the game shall not exceed the amount you paid, if anything, in the preceding twelve months.
Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to Blinkfire if you breach these terms, engage in conduct harmful to other players, or if continued operation of the service becomes legally or technically impractical. You may stop using the game at any time; if you have an account, you may request its deletion through the process described in our Data Policy. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before the date of termination.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. Any dispute arising from your use of Blinkfire that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. We encourage players to reach out directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly without formal proceedings.
